Polyunsaturated fat, including omega 3 and omega 6, and monounsaturated fat have been found to lower cholesterol levels and provide essential fatty acids and vitamins. Theyre found in many different types of vegetable oils, although the exact amount depends both on the plant and the technology process used during their production.
